How long will my proofs and final albums take to complete?
Your proofs usually arrive in 1 week, and your final album order approximately 4-6 weeks.

Are the proofs included?
Yes, in a deluxe album at no charge.

Do you shoot digital, or film base?
We were one of the first studios on Long Island to shoot digital and have used this medium since 2000.

When will I receive my finished video?
Depending on the season, it will usually take from 2 to 8 weeks. Your video is very important to us.
It's not unusual for us to spend over 40 hours working on your video. Our goal is to surpass your
expectations with the final product.

Are you obtrusive?
No. One of the best compliments that we receive is when our clients tell us after the wedding that
they didn't even know we were there.

What about lights?
We don't use lights during the ceremony. At the reception, we use an on-camera light with minimum
illumination. We sometimes use one light to light the background area, but this depends on where
the reception is taking place and your likes and dislikes.
